When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or register as a supplier, we collect the details you provide, including:
- Company name, contact person name, business email, and telephone number
- Technical specifications, CAD drawings (2D/3D), tolerance requirements, and notes
- For suppliers: manufacturing capabilities, machine lists, and facility location in Serbia
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process this data exclusively for the purposes of evaluating technical feasibility, preparing quotations, executing manufacturing contracts, quality assurance, and coordinating logistics. We do not sell or monetize personal or commercial data.
4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Technical drawings, CAD models, and proprietary specifications shared with PAUN PARTS DOO are treated with strict confidentiality. Technical documentation is shared only with verified manufacturing partners directly involved in the quotation or production of your parts, subject to mutual non-disclosure obligations. Standard NDAs can be executed prior to uploading sensitive files.
